Mectronic General Electrical Products Factory is located in No.(2) Industrial Zone, 63rd Ward, Dagon Myothit (South) Township, Yangon Division. Its measurement is 46x165 feet and 80x120 feet. Its Head Office, Sales & Services Centre is located at Anawrahta Housing Estate in Pazundaung Township, Yangon measuring area 40x23 feet of two-layer.

While living standard is advancing, the utilization of Electric Power is also increasing day by day. Therefore, Low Voltage, High Voltage, Failure Malfunction and Short Life, are to be emerged in comply with present condition. For this results, there are many losses of valuable Electronic materials, hi order to control and prevent these losses, Safeguards and Transformers are taking the vital role of this sector.

With a view to render services to these losses, MECTRONIC founded a Factory in 1998 and produced electronic apparatus - Safeguard, Transformer, TV. Antenna, Auto Voltage Regulator for T.V. VCR, Refrigerator, Air Conditioner,. Mobile Phone, Computer. Further more, the Mectronic produced another electronic apparatus of Emergency Light and Step-up-down Auto Transformer which can change 220VtollOV.

The type of ownership of MECTRONIC GENERAL ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS FACTORY is
Sole Proprietor and it is based upon technical know-how and established with small investment. At present MGEP has been developed with another (2) big factories in Dagon Myothit (South) Industrial Zone.
